Team building in Danube Delta

Team building's objective is to enhance team spirit, group awareness, and to consolidate common values. Methods used in team-building are indoor and outdoor games in a variety of ways and views. Of a great impact of such games in the Danube Delta are treasure hunt programs.

Treasure training is built as an explore, survival and search for treasure contest in the Danube Delta. Participants are divided in teams which receive specific resources/clues in accordance with the tasks they've been given. The training takes place both on land and water. At the end the participants share their experiences together with the trainers and conclude over their findings.

Length of training

Programs can last between 2 and 4 days. Prior to the training session organizations/companies should internally analyse/evaluate relations among its subordinates.
